Ready, Set, Buy! AAIFF10 Advanced Ticket Sales Begin Today

New York (June 17, 2010) — Advanced ticket sales for the 33rd Asian American International Film Festival (AAIFF10) begin today, and the occasion will be commemorated with a special launch party at Gaslight Lounge later tonight. This year, the AAIFF10 continues to promote its special three-for-two discount in which a free third ticket will be given for every two tickets purchased (discount only applies for regular screenings). Individuals who apply for membership during the festival will be offered special access to festival screenings.

Specific benefits will vary depending on the type of membership acquired.

The AAIFF10 line up consists of 23 features and 71 short films from both an international and national pool of filmmakers. Renowned Filipino filmmaker Raymond Red’s Manila Sky will screen as the AAIFF10’s Opening Night Presentation on July 15, 2010 while Quentin Lee’s The People I’ve Slept With close the festival on July 21, 2010.
